What happens to what you send us

Elmo Tech, run by Elmir Beširović in Bosnia and Herzegovina, decides what happens to the data on this site and is responsible for it.

Only what you type into the brief form:

• Your name and email address.
• Your company, if you add it.
• What you need, and a budget and timeline if you pick them.
• Your message.
• If you came from the estimator: the size and deadline you chose there.

If you email us directly, we get what you put in the email.

To read your brief and answer it: with questions, a price and, if we agree, a contract. We do not add you to a newsletter, sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

• The form sends your brief as an email to elmir@itselmotech.com through Purelymail, our email provider. The site does not keep a copy or store it in a database.
• The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them safe.
• To stop spam, the form counts briefs per IP address over 15 minutes. The count lives only in the server's memory and is never saved.
• Fonts and images are served from this site. The pages load nothing from Google or any other third party.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The live numbers on the pages come from our own server and say nothing about you.

Your brief stays in our mailbox for as long as the conversation about it needs, and if it leads to a contract, for as long as that contract does. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email elmir@itselmotech.com and we will do it.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, or to the data protection authority where you live.

If any of this changes, for example if we add analytics, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
