Problem

A retreat programme needed applications, payments and its own content in one place the organisers can run.

Constraints

Applications come with files and personal details.
Organisers manage content and applicants without a developer.

Decisions

Full-stack Next.js app with Prisma; application files kept in object storage.
Payments through Stripe Checkout.
An admin panel for content, applicants and testimonials.

Result

Applications and payments run through the site at 20dayretreat.com.
