Problem

Review platforms lose trust when fake reviews get through, and a single signal is easy to fool. The checks large platforms run had to be put together into one service that explains its verdict.

Constraints

  • Each signal is weak on its own; the verdict has to combine them.
  • Some checks only mean something across many reviews of the same company.
  • Reports must say why, not just give a score.

Decisions

  • Device and network fingerprinting, JavaScript environment integrity checks and behavioural biometrics on the review form.
  • Content and sentiment analysis with an LLM judge for machine-written text.
  • A linkage graph across accounts and population statistics per company, run in hourly passes.
  • A decision API that returns a structured report per review or per campaign, in JSON or Markdown.

Result

One service that scores a review across a dozen independent signals and explains every verdict.
